Whitko JV sweeps W. Noble

SOUTH WHITLEY — Whitko’s JV softball squad earned a Saturday sweep over the visiting West Noble Lady Chargers.

The Lady Wildcats won the first contest 10-6.

West Noble decided to forfeit the second game, giving Whitko the 1-0 win and the sweep on the day.

Sophomore Adrianna Holst was the winning pitcher for Whitko in the first game.

The victory moves the Whitko JV squad to 3-0 on the year.

The Lady Wildcats are scheduled play today and Tuesday, weather permitting.
