Whitko takes 10-run game over Valley

   AKRON — The runs were not hard to come by in Whitko softball’s road trip to Tippecanoe Valley Thursday.
   Combining for 32 runs, the two rivals had a 10-run mercy rule decide the winner in five innings.
   Whitko was on the winning side of the rule 21-11.
