Wildcats earn trio of victories

After a pair of wins in a double-header against Southern Wells Saturday, Whitko’s baseball team took the field again Monday night to beat Tippecanoe Valley, 2-0.

The Wildcats came out on top of the low-scoring competition with runs in the second and sixth innings.

In the second frame, Austin Sturgess scored off a single by Avery Robbins.
Robbins finished the game batting 2-for-3 with an RBI.
In the sixth frame, Garrett Smiley batted in teammate Ethan Nicodemus.
