Wind committee sets direction of meetings

COLUMBIA CITY — The committee formed in March to help steer Whitley County’s direction with wind energy met for the first time recently and established the groundwork for future meetings.
One edict set forth in the first meeting was a gag order, of sorts, according to committee member Mark Mynhier.
