WINNING WAUGH: Banner-filled career comes to a close

COLUMBIA CITY — The animals have been auctioned, the barns have been cleaned, and at the end of the 2014 Whitley County 4-H Fair, Breanna Waugh has had nothing short of an amazing 10th year.

The daughter of Jim Waugh, Breanna was able to accomplish her goal of exhibiting the Grand Champion Beef Steer, Grand Champion Beef Heifer, and Reserve Grand Champion Dairy Beef Steer.
