A woman already serving time in LaGrange County for aiding in a business burglary there pleaded guilty Monday in Whitley Circuit Court to the same charge in Whitley County for another business burglary.
Twenty-year-old Catessa T. Butler of Albion admitted to her role in the Oct. 30, 2009 burglary to Oliverz in Columbia City and added a third felony conviction to her record for the crime spree with three others.
Butler drove three juveniles to Oliverz where they broke into the business and stole several items, including alcohol, according to the case file.
She is currently serving a two-year sentence in LaGrange County for the same charge for a crime there, and a concurrent sentence from Noble County for the same charge.
Her admission to the class C felony here will result in sentencing Oct. 4, if the pre-sentence report from the other crimes is used.
The charge carries a two- to eight-year sentence.
