RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Tuna toppers

Tuna Toppers
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked and drained
1/4 c. stuffed olives, diced
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine ingredients and flake finely with a fork. Spread mixture evenly on 4 slices of buttered white bread. Cut slices into quarters. If desired, garnish with sliced olives.
