RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Crispy chicken

Crispy Chicken
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. summer savory
1 garlic clove, cut in half
1 fryer chicken, cut up
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 c. corn flakes, crushed

Melt margarine and add salt, pepper, summer savory and garlic. Combine potato chips and corn flakes. Dip chicken in margarine mixture and coat with crumbs and place in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Remove garlic from margarine and pour remaining over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
