RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Peanut and banana salad

Peanut and Banana Salad
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. butter
4 bananas, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. peanuts

Cook brown sugar, flour, egg and milk over medium heat until thickened. Add butter and cool. Pour over bananas, marshmallows and peanuts and toss.
