COLUMBIA CITY — Passages, Inc. and Whitley Crossings Neighborhood Corporation will hold their joint annual meeting Thursday.
The evening will begin with a ribbon cutting signifying the opening of Passages’ new Creative Learning Center located at 333 N. Oak St. in Columbia City.
Peter Berns, CEO of the Arc of the United States in Washington D.C., and John Dickerson, executive director of the Arc of Indiana will speak to the anticipated attendance of over 175 employees, individuals served and community supporters of Passages.
During the meeting, Bridgett Johnson will be recognized for her six years of service to the Passages Board of Directors, and Jon Morris, president of the Navigators, a client advocacy group of Passages, will be recommended to join the Board of Directors.
DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home will receive the “Service to Passages” award for years of partnership with the individuals served by Passages.
