Neal Franklin Mosley, 41, of Nappanee, and formerly of Columbia City, passed away at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.
Born on Jan. 13, 1972, in Colorado Springs, Colo., he was the son of Louis A. and Linda M. (Brown) Mosley.
He resided there in Colorado Springs until 1982 when he moved to Columbia City.
He then moved to Nappanee in 2004, his residence.
Neal attended Columbia City High School and had most recently been a cabinetmaker for MED LINE.
He was also a great artist and loved to draw as well.
Surviving relatives include his father and stepmother, Louis A. and Trudy K. Mosley of Columbia City; brothers, Michael A. and Aaron J. Mosley both of Columbia City; sister, Tanya J. Brown of Colorado Springs, Colo.; niece, Trinity Rose Mosley of Nappanee; grandmother, Orpha Gay of Columbia City; uncles, Dennis (Debbie) Gay and Gary (Kathy) Gay both of Columbia City; aunts, Rosanna (Richard) Layson of Simla, Colo., Theresa Howard of Aurora, Colo., and Sue (Tom) Brigham of Pullman, Wa.; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda M. Brown; and grandparents, Christine Menasion and Dale Gay.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Bollenbacher officiating.
