COLUMBIA CITY — Whitley County’s Commissioners finalized a plan on how to spend approximately $1.4 million in a two-year span.
The funds are part of the county’s CEDIT spending, which is County Economic Development Income Tax.
Originally, monies factored from wages as part of the employee’s income tax were turned over to government entities to use for economic development.
