COLUMBIA CITY —Technology needs are constantly growing within school districts across the country. Whitley County Consolidated Schools are no different, and the district’s Board of Trustees made some updates to its technology director’s job description at Monday night’s meeting.
“This is a significant change from the former job description and is quite comprehensive in its requirements,” WCCS Superintendent Pat O’Connor told the Board of Trustees.
The position now requires a bachelor’s degree, more knowledge and skills and leadership roles within the district.
