The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate: Part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 31 North, Range 9 East, Whitley County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter; thence South, on and along the West line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 150.0 feet ; thence Easterly, by an interior angle of 89° - 24' and parallel to the North line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 290.4 feet; thence North and parallel to said West line, a distance of 150.0 feet to said Nortdi.line; thence Westerly , on and along said North line, a distance of 290.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acres of land, subject to legal right-of-way for Washington Road. And Commonly known as: 4505 S Washington Rd, Columbia City, IN 46725 This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me: Troy L. Eber and Tracy L. Ebert This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: The Unknown Heirs at Law of Richard L. Eber, Deceased In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
