RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Caramel apple dip

Caramel Apple Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping

Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until softened. Whisk until smooth. Add peanut butter and ice cream topping and whisk until smooth. Serve with apple slices.
