RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Crock-pot mac & cheese

Crock-Pot Mac & Cheese
1 lb. uncooked macaroni
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in crock-pot. Cook on high for four hours then low for eight hours.
