A bird’s-eye-view from atop Ball Furniture’s downtown business shows the Saturday dedication of the new Thomas Marshall Plaza, a new “greenspace” pocket park in Downtown Columbia City. Statewide members of the Indiana Grand Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons, dressed in top hats and tails, participated in the dedication. Marshall was a two-term U.S. vice president and former Indiana governor.
His law office was on the second floor of the D.B. Clugston Building located on the northwest corner of the Whitley County Courthouse Square
