The gymnasium was filled with the sound of cheers and applause as family and friends gathered May 31 to celebrate the graduation of the 2019 senior class at Whitko High School.
The overarching theme for the evening centered around the many memories shared by the students and staff, but also to look ahead to the future and potential of each student.
Also discussed by many was that the 2019 seniors would be the first to graduate from the Whitko Jr./Sr. High School, after the middle school was brought to the high school campus.
