Whitley County enjoys inaugural Chocolate Festival

Jan. 27 and 28 saw members of the community gather at Old World Cafe and Shops at the Sanctuary in Columbia City for the first Chocolate Festival in Whitley County. The event featured chocolate desserts ranging from puppy show, chocolate covered espresso beans, chocolate covered nuts, fudge, chocolate pretzels, scotcheroos and more. Guests enjoyed free samples and a chocolate fountain. Several local vendors were there to offer different treats to the public as well.
